OnWeb3 Passport | AlkebulanMeta
Our network-state's flagship collection, OnWeb3 Passports, was created on 5 June 2023, with each NFT doubling as a membership ID in the community of AlkebulanMeta and the Alkebulan Network-State of STEM Learners and Cooperatives. Inspired by the early web3 and crypto adopters who built with self-sovereign values, 11,475 were created; 684 of the first of the 1st Gen were minted.
OW3Ps: The Beginning
Each passport is a distinctive digital character with its own combination of traits and accessories, and grants each holder its IP rights. They are NFTs, but we call them STACs: Securely Tokenised Abstract Collectables.
Beyond being fascinating Afri-Futurist digital artwork, OW3Ps provide their holders with membership in an exclusive eXtended world that offers additional perks, network advantages, advanced learnership, and a deep sense of community.

It will not fill your tank or pay the school fees this month - but then neither does a wedding ring, a degree, a flag or a piece of fine art. We still value these things deeply, because they carry meaning, belonging, beauty, and proof that we are part of something larger than ourselves.
An OW3P lives in that same space. It is art with a use: a character, a membership, and a conduit - a living connector through which value moves between the people who hold the passports and the real fields AlkebulanMeta serves. It does not drain away; it circulates.

What you can actually do with an OW3P
Each OW3P is a distinctive character with its own combination of traits and accessories - body form, precious material, seal, cosmic background, headstyle culture and eight readings. Display it, collect it, and hold the IP rights that come with it.
You do not have to buy blind. Take a passport for one wehk't - about seven and a half days, a quarter of the moon. AlkebulanMeta holds the passport while it is on trial, so nothing is at risk. If you like it, or you have built a character you want to keep, you secure it here or in the game - in Zehr, in SOL, or by card; if not, it returns to the pool and your personal memory of the story journey stays yours.
Your passport marks you as a citizen of the Network-State. It travels with you into the stories, the apps and the game - a single identity instead of scattered accounts.

A Real-World Field - a school network, a cooperative, a restoration project, or an infrastructure project - produces educational, cultural, operational, or ecological value. That value is woven into a free to read OnWeb3 eBook story (that reveals the Real-World Imperatives connected to the value and field). Inside the story, limited-edition STACs (Secure Tokenised Abstract Collectables) appear as scarce, ownable artefacts bearing the field's provenance - and the passports are AlkebulanMeta's own: one to a person, carrying its character and its rights. Collectors acquire them, and the revenue flows back to the field - funding, for example, teachers, facilitators, materials, and expansion.
